- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The session fee covers the time and talent of the photographer, professional editing and skin retouching, custom session planning, access to Krystal Rose Photography's client closet, travel within 92277, and a Reveal and Ordering appointment. Hair and makeup services can be added, starting at $75. Session Fee - $175 Prints, products, and digital images are sold separately. Collections start at $575. Clients can expect to spend between $600 - $1500 on average, however, there is no minimum purchase. You only buy what you absolutely love! Military & Emergency Responders - 10% off session fee If the service member is in uniform for the session - 15% off session fee
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The Experience My job as your photographer is to ensure everything is as easy and fun for you as possible and leave you with hand crafted heirlooms to pass through your family's generations Pre Session Consultation I want you to be as comfortable in front of the camera as possible, so we'll start by getting to know each other over the phone, through email, or over coffee. We'll discuss your expectations of the entire experience and the finished product in length to ensure we're on the same page and your needs are met. This includes going over outfits, makeup, poses, pricing, payment plans, printed images, and more! Do you want wall art, an album, a keepsake box, or digitals? We'll go over all of the products I offer to find what fits your family and your style. Photo Session Ready for your session? Of course you are! This is your day to feel like a celebrity. My sessions are relaxed and fun, no one likes stiff poses and fake smiles! You'll be lightly posed and prompted to ensure all the best angles and flattering poses are captured. Reveal and Ordering Appointment At your Reveal and Ordering Appointment, you'll be presented with a custom slideshow set to music with 30 - 40 final images. We'll look over my product samples and see which photos work best for your family and the printing medium(s). I can show you how each image will look on your walls and help you decide which size images are appropriate for the room size, if desired. Please make sure all final decision makers attend this appointment. Payment plans are available.
