- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
hummm...normally, I do my business transaction over the phone because it is very convenient for the client. They have seen my pictures so they have an idea who I am. It's just a matter of coming across nicely in your conversation, and being clear and honest as possible about your services. It is important to let them know the limits of your services, and how far you can go to accommodate their wishes or demands. Flexibility is the key here, but also being clear and firm about what you can and cannot do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I continue to go to balloon classes (but not as often as I wanted to!) conducted by my supplier.
