Michelle and her crew were absolutely amazing. They arrived on time and were professional. The dishes were hot and delicious and made with quality ingredients (so much food)! She even made some vegan dishes to accommodate some of the vegans. The guests were amazed by her crew's attentiveness. She left my kitchen immaculate. Thank you Michelle for making my Mother’s Day Celebration a success.
She catered my rehearsal brunch with over 25 people including kids…knocked it out the park. Easy to work with, reliable, and wonderful quality food. She helped me craft a menu that dazzled my guests, without breaking my bank. Don’t hesitate, don’t waste money on a tasting with anyone else, come to Michelle 1st…I wish I would have found her sooner!

Michelle already had an event, so Gail stepped up to take care of us during our memorial.
Gail was wonderful!
I told her what I had in mind and she ran with it and created a simple and tasty menu.
The service was great and the food delicious. I was also impressed with the fact that they worked within my budget.
My first time working with a caterer and I am so happy I found these ladies.
Definitely will use them again and would highly recommend them to everybody.

Michelle at One Hot Dish Catering did a marvelous job catering my grandsons birthday. I challenged her with a traditional menu that only my dear grandmother could show out on. To my and my families surprise, the dishes prepared were delicious. The family raved about her greens and my vegan family loved her fresh prepared halibut. The food was a wonderful success and all were delighted at the great taste of each dish. My family are caters and I wanted everyone to just enjoy the party and not work, and they were so excited about the food. They maybe taking a few breaks of their own in the future. The food was that good. Thank you Michelle. My grandmother would be very proud.😍😍😍

Michelle catered my sister's Sweet 16th birthday party last Saturday with a pasta bar (fettucini alfredo, Meat-lover's Lasagna, garlic bread, and salad), and did an amazing job. This is not an exaggeration! The food was beyond our expectations. The taste of the food was better than any Italian restaurant I've been to. Everything was fresh, homemade, and delicious. The quantity of food we ordered was for 50 people, and ended up feeding over 65 (and we had leftovers, although not for long). Michelle was professional, friendly, courteous, and delivered prompt service. Her prices were more than fair. I'm looking forward to the day she opens her own restaurant. I seriously cannot think of anything she could have done better. We will definitely be booking her again in the future! Thanks One Hot Dish!!

I work within any budget and will work with the client to stay in budget, whether it is a suggestion about food, guests or décor. We will work together.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule a phone conference to discuss details of event. Schedule a tasting to fine tune the clients palate and discuss the contract.
I maintain contact with my client until the big day to assure details of the event have not changed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always studying material on food safety, multi-cultural cuisine and customer service.
