What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of our home inspections are based on square footage. But because every home is different, it is best to contact us to get an accurate quote for your inspection. And we would love to introduce ourselves to you on the phone!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We treat all new customers like an added member of our family. Because at the end of the inspection process, you really are one! We like to build relationships with our clients and let them know we are in this for the long run with you. You never know when your next inspection request will come. And we want to be there for you when it does.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have gone through the 120 Hour Professional Real Estate Home Inspectors Certification program in order to obtain the training and experience needed to do a thorough home inspection. Your home inspection is also not the first run for us. Several test or training inspections have been completed before doing actual inspections in the field.
