My sessions are Professional, friendly & are designed to get the very best out of you while giving you total body fitness & Boxing skills. It does not matter if you are a total beginner or advanced, the Ultimate One on One Boxing sessions are crafted for people of all levels of fitness (shape). I really enjoyed these one on one boxing sessions, I'm excited about training again and I'm definitely motivated to get back in the gym. Thank you for dedicating your time and making sure my skills develop over time. My cardio has definitely improved and uping my stamina with running. I'm noticing the weight loss and feeling confident again. Boxing has also given me a full body workout and I enjoy letting my frustration out whether it's on the mitts or bag lol. Can't wait to train again!

Coach Joe has been working with my son for many months now. Aside from being an amazing coach that pushes my son to be the best he can be, coach is great role model, that teaches my son about humility, heart, hard word, and integrity. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience, is very trustworthy, and it has been a great pleasure getting to know him and his wonderful family. My son has been able to compete in tournaments and have the success he was looking for. Coach knows his stuff and is well worth the investment. I recommend him 100%.

Coach Joe has helped me so much! The difference in my skill from when I started to now is night and day. My hands have gotten super fast and my skill so good thanks to coach’s training and keen knowledge and wisdom. His expertise and knowledge is top notch. He had me win my first semi contact kickboxing tournament by unanimous decision!!! He got my kickboxing skill so good and has helped me so much and is very precise on every little detail to have my fighting ability as efficient and good as possible.
