If you’re looking for a professional, caring and super knowledge trainer Unleash the Beast is the best! We had a super energetic toy poodle, 4 months old with no concept of commands. We also did not want to use treats so we signed up to the board and train and could not be happier with the results. I got pictures of our pup every day for 5 weeks, FaceTimes and also at home visits and training sessions to help us sustain the behaviour. I feel so blessed to have found this business and am pretty sure we will continue to work with Unleash the Beast throughout my dogs life - this training will improve our quality of life with our pup. I would do it again and again, money well spent! Thank you!!

I'm disabled and drs. have recommended a service dog as they felt it could really help me. So for the past 11 years we've tried but without success. We found a breeder who breeds Giant Schnoodles (standard poodle with giant schnauzer) and they have turned full litters into service dogs. Being disabled it's impossible for me to do the training he needed, the structure, repetition, and so many tasks. We couldn't walk him without being pulled where he wanted, his barking was non stop, his excitement was uncontrollable, his jumping/bounding, was like a deer jumping a fence, and he was always into everything. The garbage, pots & pans on stove, butter dish, sink, anything he could reach, or thought he could. To the point of if he wasn't in eye sight it was time to go looking. Anytime someone came home, a delivery, post man, people walking by created a bronking bull that barked, jumped, and bounced off the furniture, our front window, and anything else he could launch off of. In desperation I reached out to Unleash The Beast to see if they could break our wild animal. Originally It was scheduled for 6 weeks but they kept him for 8 at no extra charge. He needed the work, it took a bit longer, but other than her checking if they could keep him nothing more was asked of us. I provided his food, flea, tick, and heart worm medication and a small blanket with my smell on it. They were able to tell me when they gave his meds, how he was on food, and returned his blanket. Drop off day involved training myself and family but he had a grooming appointment that morning. To prevent him from seeing us prior to being able to work with him she dropped him off at the groomer waited around over 2 hours and picked him up! Then spent almost 3 hours training us. Tierney & her team is AMAZING!!! We are using a prong collar to let him know when he's working and a bark collar when he's outside to help quiet him. When the collars come off and he gets a release command, he gets to be a dog (that doesn't bark, and has his manners). He's been home 2 weeks and is almost off the prong collar, the bark collar gives a tone, then vibrates. The first time he was outside I heard 1 bark and nothing sense. Now the bark collar is by the back door but is not needed. Now if he trys to test a verbal correction makes him immediately stop. He was tested as a opossum was in our yard and I had to go out to him but after a verbal correction he just watched in fascination. He obeys commands, heels, sits, down, when we cook and eat he is placed on his cot and doesn't move until he's released. In the last 2 weeks he's been to the store, bank, post office, medical facility, pharmacy, outlet mall, and yesterday the beach. Follow up classes were listed as group sessions once per month but Tierney saw the need and comes to our house every weekend to add additional tasks as we identify them or she thinks of tasks that never crossed my mind but are absolutely useful. She sent daily updates of his progress, pictures, and outings. They even provided a dog cot, personal fan, lavender infused aroma therapy, soft jazz music, a snack, and dim lighting after a day of work. In her years of experience this helps them to relax and they retain the training better. I joked with my wife he's going to want all of this coming home. Before his stay I couldn't get him on a bed, blanket, or couch to snuggle or sleep before he left. Once he got home and his cot came in, I opened it. He came over rubbed all over it, me, and insisted that he help put it together. He absolutely loves it and we will be adding another one shortly. She and her team turned our out of control dog into a very well behaved dog that listens and now lives by my side. She absolutely loves him and says he's one the top 3 dogs she's ever worked with. We're working on having him retrieve items for me, blocking people from my disabled areas, distracting me, comforting me, and many other tasks. Tierney made my dream come true! She's easing my life, helping me find my way, allowing me be independent, and to function on my own for the first time in 11 years!! Now I have a companion who listens, is attentive, and is learning to sense my needs before I even realize them. Nights are rough and now he's either on the bed at my feet or right next to my side of the bed. He follows me everywhere at night. If I'm up, he's up, and by my side, even curls up with me when it's bad. She's turned him into exactly what I needed. I CANNOT thank Tierney enough and I would recommend Unleash The Beast to any dog owner for any issues. The work they do is unbelievable and he loves her just as much as she loves him!!! He gets super excited when she comes for training, but minds his manners. They have a special bond and between the two of them they gave me back a part of my life that I thought I had lost! There are no words to express what they've accomplished for him, for me, and I will forever be grateful!!

They are wonderful at what they do! Tierney trained my stubborn husky mix and did home visits to keep up the training. He is a very loving dog and with their help he is a well behaved dog too!

I was so afraid our husky mix would never settle down or listen. I opted for the 2-week boarding and when my dog came home he was so much better. I use an e collar to help my dog stay on track. While he was gone I was in constant contact with the trainers to see how my dog was progressing. They do home visits/training which is so convenient for me. Thank you for calming my beast :)

I was very nervous about signing up for dog training, especially the board and training program because I was worried that Ford would forget me and return even worst than before. I talked to four different trainers and ultimately, my choice came down to what kind of results I wanted - Tierney guaranteed that Ford would obtain a certain level of standardized obedience and this made me feel secure in my choice to train with her. Tierney was quick to console my fears and she spent a lot of time going over all the different options of her program, it didn't take me long to feel at peace with the choice to give Ford the best possible training I could. She will be working on his off leash obedience and house manners, plus she is addressing all of his aggression issues. I feel comforted knowing that she is a national-level competitor and continues to further her education in the field, I am also very excited to hear that all of her training is documented so that I can stay up to date on the progress daily! I strongly recommend Tierney and her services. I cannot wait to unleash my beast!
