- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are discounts and there are negotiations involved. I do offer tier pricing based off the customers budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I Start off with communication and get to know the person before I get to know their needs. I really do my best to listen attentively in order to give the best answer to establish a relationship with the customer. Than from there we talk about the work that’s needed
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked alongside my brother flipping houses at the age of 11. Than for 5 years I worked as a plumber. During that process I also went to HVAC school to get a certificate . Than at the age of 25 I worked for the union for 6years on new construction projects. Over the years I collected plenty of experience and lessons. I also have a great team who are well versed in their own trade that I can lean on.
