- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be competitive with my prices to as of other service providers. I do not charge my customers if I cannot diagnose the problem in hand. However, I do charge a very nominal fee for traveling expenses, depending on how far I would need to travel. If the job is big and requires a large part my day, then I could waive that fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with new customers is same as with all my clients, I diagnose the problem in hand and then perform repairs and make sure that all my customers are happy before I end a service call.
