Our rescue Blue Heeler was acting aggressive towards a family member so I put in a search for a dogtrainer. Michelle responded and came over the following day to meet my dog. She worked with us for a 10 day period on training and it made a huge difference. We are so thankful we found her and continue to practice everything she taught us. Our dog is so much more responsive to our cues and my family is not nervous anymore when he reacts a certain way, because we know how to get him to be calm.

She worked with me on specific commands that I wanted my dog to learn. She worked with both of us which helped. My time I needed her was cut short due to a family emergency but my dog learned a lot in that short time. I would highly recommend her. She was very reasonably priced which helps a lot during these times and truly cares about the animal.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The first lesson is an assessment combined with the first lesson. Please allow 1 and 1/2 hours for this appointment. It is $99 per lesson:
6-12 lessons (all dogs are different).

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First- I come to your home so you can show me any behavior problems.Second-I show you my reward based ; positive reinforcement, training method which creates trust and a strong bond between you and your dog/ puppy.
Lastly- I will tell you what training will accomplish your goals.
Please set aside 1.5 hours for the assessment as I combine it with the first lesson- this saves you money and time!
My lessons are minimum 1 hour and sometimes more if I need to finish what I am teaching your dog.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned to train dogs at “Love on Four Paws” which specializes in pet therapy dogs. I was tested and successfully passed by Pet Partners the organization that oversees pet therapy dogs on the Southwest.
