Our pricing depends on the size of the home and the level of cleaning required. We focus on delivering high-quality service based on a detailed checklist and professional standards. We do not compete to be the cheapest. Our goal is to offer fair pricing that reflects the quality, reliability, and attention to detail we provide. DM Professional Clean is also fully insured, giving our clients peace of mind when inviting us into their home. We always provide clear and transparent estimates before the service so customers know exactly what to expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I talk with the customer to understand their needs and the type of cleaning required. Then I provide a clear estimate based on the size of the home and the level of cleaning needed. On the service day we arrive with professional equipment and follow a detailed checklist to ensure every area is cleaned properly. Our goal is to deliver consistent, high-quality results every time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 9 years of hands-on experience in residential and carpet cleaning. Throughout the years I have trained in professional cleaning techniques, safe chemical use, and advanced carpet extraction methods using professional equipment. Continuous learning and experience are key to delivering high-quality results.
