The DM team arrived promptly, and were able to complete the job well, despite a large chocolate stain, twin toddlers and a Great Dane mix. Carpets look great and we are very happy.
Details: One-story house • 3 rooms • Food stains • No stairs • As recommended by the professional • I have pets at home • No smokers in home

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the size and condition of the home, the type of cleaning needed, and the scope of work.
We focus on providing consistent, high-quality service with attention to detail, professional products and equipment, and a detailed cleaning checklist.
Our pricing reflects the quality, reliability, and level of service we provide. We also offer recurring cleaning options for clients who need weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly service.
We provide a clear estimate before the service so you know what is included and what to expect.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by understanding your cleaning needs, the size of your home, and the type of service you’re looking for.
Based on that information, we provide a clear estimate and explain what is included in the service.
On cleaning day, our professional team arrives prepared with the equipment and products needed for the job and follows a detailed checklist.
Before we leave, we make sure the service has been completed properly and that you are satisfied with the results. For recurring clients, our goal is to provide the same reliable and consistent quality on every visit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 9+ years of hands-on experience in professional residential cleaning, carpet cleaning, and upholstery cleaning.
Our experience includes professional cleaning techniques, proper product and chemical use, surface care, stain and odor treatment, and professional carpet and upholstery extraction equipment.
We continue improving our cleaning methods and training our team to provide safe, consistent, high-quality results for our clients.
