- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm very flexible with pricing. You won't find another company that charges less. If you do, I'll make sure I arrange that price to beat it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call the client 30 minutes prior to arrival. Once arrived, inspect roof. Then explain to the customer in full details on what repairs have to be done. Also give them different options on the repairs. After the customer decides. We give them a very low and reasonable price that will really satisfy them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
High School Diploma. 13 years as a roofer.
