My wife took a private macaron making lesson with Dolcetto. In her own words: "Cecilia is super knowledgable and incredibly helpful troubleshooting my many failed macaron batches. She brought all ingredients and equipment including a small oven to my place which was extremely convenient. The end results were beautiful and I'm now more confident making macarons on my own."

Dolcetto cakes made our 20 year anniversary cake and it was the talk of the party! Not only was it absolutely beautiful and just what we wanted but the cake itself was delicious. I would certainly order a special occasion cake from them again.
