Introduction

I am very thorough in asking the right questions to the bride and groom and in making suggestions for there ceremony to fit there needs. I meet with the couple as many times as it takes to make sure that there Ceremony is perfect for them! I make sure that the couple is comfortable with what we have discussed and that they are comfortable with me.I print there ceremonies out for them to keep on nice paper so they always have them to go back to. I show up early and I am professional in what I wear. What I like most about Officiating weddings, is seeing the couples so happy, and in love, and to be able to be a small part of what brings them together for a life time, is very special. I love meeting the couples and seeing the smiles on there faces, having the little quiet calming conversations with the groom as his beautiful bride walks down the isle. Those little calming words are always very much welcomed!

Kelley took care of business! She lived up to all the previous great reviews I read. Truly professional and all anyone could ask of an officiant. She met with us weeks before our ceremony to get a good understanding of what we wanted to do. She gave us lots of examples of previous wedding ceremonies, which helped me create the framework for writing my own ceremony. She communicated through email and responded to my questions timely. She arrived at the ceremony site early. Kelley did all the things you would expect an officiant to do such as; be on time, look professional, speak with a pleasant voice, read well, etc. Actually, my wife had found someone else to be the officiant, but after speaking to that person once and reading her extremely lengthy contract, I quickly decided to look elsewhere. I am a Type "A" personality and require the ability or at least the illusion of being in control, so I could not deal with anyone that litigious. So, we kept looking and found Kelley. After one quick phone call, I knew she was the right person. She told me she was completely open to whatever we wanted to do and did not require a contract. What a relief it was to find her, because I was kind of stressing after dealing with the other person and looking at some of the other profiles.....(I wasn't sure if I would find someone who could live up to my standards). I think the key for me was how she communicated with me on the initial phone call. I needed someone who would be there for guidance, but basically allow me to write the ceremony my own way. To sum it up......Kelley turned out to be as advertised or better! I wish I could say the same thing for the DJ. I hope you find this helpful, as the previous reviews were helpful for me. Outstanding! And it started the first time we met her. We interviewed numerous individuals and it was not even close. Kelley was completely in tune with what we wanted and the communications and flow were spot on and timely. When it came to the actual wedding, Kelley was early and we had plenty of time to review everything again and help me get even more comfortable. She was professional and relaxed and just added to the wonderful day with her tone and sensitivity. We could not have been happier with Kelley's role. She set the perfect tone. An easy excellent recommendation for any event.

What types of customers have you worked with?
I have helped almost every couple write there vows, either by my assistance with previous or sample vows or by helping them create there very own! And each an every one of them have been unique to there own journey's! I am open to any and all suggestions or samples that couples may have or want to modify or add to an existing ceremony.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice for someone looking to hire an Officiant for there wedding is make sure that they are credentialed, make sure that they have the desire for your ceremony to be special and unique and about YOU , not about what the officiant wants. And ask questions, as many as you can think of. Make sure that they have YOUR story in YOUR ceremony.
