I provide upfront estimates and I strive to offer competitive rates. Any additional fees, if applicable, are always discussed in advance. I also offer discounts for larger projects or repeat customers. My goal is to provide reliable service tailored to each project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by discussing the project with the customer to understand their needs and expectations. Once approved, I focus on completing the work efficiently while keeping the customer informed along the way, if necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in an engineering technical field and experience with minor home repairs and improvements and cabinet production, assembly, installation.
