Hello!
My name is Rea. I’m a personal trainer and nutrition coach certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
My mission is to help clients achieve their goals with what works best for them. I focus on weight loss through strength training and nutrition.
Together, we go over your goals, your daily life, and what setbacks you’ve had in the past, so we can formulate a plan that works with your lifestyle and is sustainable.
I work with clients in a private, boutique fitness studio in North Hollywood equipped with weights, cables, TRX training system, battle ropes, and much more. There are designated parking spaces for the gym, clients have control over the music, and even the temperature.

When I first met Rea, I was really caught by her bright personality. She was really able to help me get out of shell and get working. She taught me how to use all the machines, meal prep, do workouts at home, and also feel comfortable with myself and my growth. I recommend Rea 10/10. She’s really a great trainer and friend.

Rea is an incredible trainer. She always brings postivity and excitement to my workouts. I’ve always hated working out, but since I’ve been with Rea she has found a way to make working out fun for me and I look forward to the next session as soon as the current one is over. In the 6.5 months I’ve been with her, I’ve lost 25 pounds and have lowered my body fat percentage by 6%! And she’s helped my booty get firmer! I’m very satisfied with the results I’ve had so far and I’m excited to keep training with her! You're the best Rea!!

I trained with Rea for a year and my body did a complete 180 degree transformation. I was what you would call skinny fat. Over the course of the year I developed a muscular, well defined chest and a 6 pack, along with overall strength and a healthier state of mind. Rea was an absolute pleasure to work with and I would recommend her to anyone wanting to change their body. She's also super funny!
