First off, If your Lucky enough to have Mr. & Mrs. Washington to come to your home to give you an estimate consider yourself Blessed. The Washington’s made it very relaxing no pressure and totally consider your needs and they have great ideas that you may not have thought of, Wonderful people. They had us sold. We had our master bathroom remodeled , Maria came to our home and made sure all measurements were correct and finalized exactly what material we wanted. Maria was easy to keep in touch with. The crew arrived and did a good job of keeping things very well covered. The demo can be very dusty but that should be expected. The install went along pretty well some small things here and there but if there was an issue Maria was on top of it. Her main concern is that you are happy. The Bathroom turned out amazing an we totally love it. It took a little longer than expected but with construction it happens. Overall, we were very pleased with everything that Axis provided.

We used Axis Home Improvement to a decent remodel to our new house. After several bids, Maria and her team's bid was the closest to what we were looking for. We had an impossible timeline with a 5 month old. It had be done quickly. Maria promised to work hard and get the project turned around fast, which she did! We are happy with the work that was done. Maria is easy to work with and tries her best to work with you, which is usually not the case with most contractors. We are hoping to do a couple of other projects soon. We will definitely be reaching out to Maria and Eddie to handle it for us.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have have the price match guaranty and Our cabinets are installed with a granite or Quartz counter tops backed with a 100% satisfaction guaranty
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to take my time and go to there in person to see the job site first. Then I have a better idea what I have to do. If I can have a one on one conversation with the customer is a lot better. Then I can advise them to the process of the job. Everything is done at no charge to customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an engineering degree and I have been in home improvement business since 2001
