Great customer service but would not rehire due to the quality. There were still stains on the carpet to my room that he did not mention after the work was done. To me, it seemed like he was in a rush and did not take time to do the work thoroughly. I paid for a “deep clean” but the results of it was not what I’d expected. I’ve had my carpets cleaned before and in worse conditions, yet, they were able to remove all of the stains.
