Douglas did an excellent job cleaning my carpets! He was efficient, professional, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. What I appreciated most was his honesty and transparency—he was very upfront about pricing, explained everything clearly, and took the time to educate me. He was also honest about some stains that wouldn’t be able to come out, explaining exactly why instead of making unrealistic promises. It’s refreshing to work with someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about providing great service. My carpets look so much better, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I highly recommend Douglas to anyone looking for quality carpet cleaning and exceptional customer service!

We had an excellent experience with Douglas for our carpet and upholstery cleaning. He gave us a great quote to clean our sofa, arrived right on time, and was extremely friendly and professional. While he was there, he also provided a quote for our living room and dining room that we honestly couldn’t pass up. The results were amazing, everything looks as new as it possibly can. We’re very happy with the quality of his work and the overall experience. I would definitely recommend Douglas to anyone looking to have their furniture or carpets professionally cleaned.

We had our apartment rugs shampooed and all I can say is that they look brand new. They called ahead of time to let me know they were on their way and showed up on time. They were extremely professional and they did an amazing job with our rugs. I would highly recommend them! And I would definitely use them again. Thank you Douglas!!
