I've used Jason in the past (and I will again in the future if I have any other computer problems) when I was having internet problems with my computer. Since I use this computer in my business, this was something of an emergency. He came to my house, diagnosed the problem, explained it to me in simple language, and proceeded to fix it. The fee was reasonable. In a day when getting a good IT person can be so hit and miss, I would not hesitate to recommend Jason and the staff at GDI to anyone or any business who needs either IT consulting or any other computer related work.Aug 29, 2014

I have worked with Jason and his staff for over fifteen years of great service. One computer problem that I had stands out above all others. At all times In my business we use a very sophisticated computer laser operated device that is manufactured in Israel. I contacted the company in Israel when the Megascope failed to calibrate correctly. After they logged in and tried to fix the issue, they basically told me that I would have to send the machine back to Israel to have it fixed. I called Jason who came over the next day, after reading the manual and finding the problem, he put a conference call through to the manufacturer in Israel and the representative in New York. After much discussion, he told them what the problem was and how it needed to be fixed. The representative in New York sent the new hardware overnight which Jason installed.
