Kyle came to help sort out a mess we had made of my daughters’ email, messaging, iPad and MacBook situation. It was a genuinely dead end situation that no one was able to help with until we found Kyle. He patiently untangled the entire mess and made everything so seamless. Personal IT: $96/hr
Business IT: $115/hr

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always try get as much information as possible before performing the work. This minimizes wasting time. It's important for me to listen and understand issue before I can make a best effort to resolve it. I have a lot of repeat clients because a lot of IT is a team effort and, believe it or not, people want to understand why their technology isn't working for them. I love to educate clients on how to effectively and safely use their technology.

I have 21 years of IT experience in every aspect of computings. I've been a nerd my whole life :)
