- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our hourly rate is $125 for break-fix and emergency issues. We offer Managed services as well and are flexible to find a plan that fits your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process is to determine if the problem needs to be done remotely or on site, from there it is best to lock in a time for visit and or drop off and determine if physical parts are needed. from there we will find the best solution to the problem without breaking the bank for the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's in computer science and a masters in information systems management, multiple certifications across the field
