Best technical experience I've ever had! Spencer was fast to respond from the first quote message. He is friendly and extremely knowledgable in his expertise. I needed upgrades to be done that Apple doesn't make quite so easy to perform but Spencer was meticulous and caring and very honest through the whole process. The rates for services/labor are very streamlined and completely fair. He had our machine back to us the next day and it has been working perfectly as expected ever since getting it home. He has a very covid friendly drop off system and I guarantee you that I will be calling him for any of my techie needs! WFH IT Services is my now GO-TO for all things IT. I requested a quote using and WFH IT Services responded promptly and quickly. The quote was reasonably priced. Spencer and I agreed on how to meet so that he could physically examine the equipment I needed help on. I was half expecting him to come back to me telling me that he found more problems and that he would need to charge me more. No such thing happened. He did find something else wrong, but he did not use the opportunity nickel and dime me. Also, for every step of the way, he would tell me what he thinks the problem/s is/are and his proposed course of action. He delivered what he said he was going to deliver when he said he was going to deliver it. I would totally go back to Spencer if I had any problems with my Mac.

Spencer and his team are my go-to when it comes to my IT needs for personal or business! They always make themselves available, are friendly and efficient, and most importantly get any problem fixed so I can stay on track with what I’m doing. I’ve worked with several IT guys in the past who are slow and don’t have the depth of knowledge that WFH IT does. Highly recommended!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our hourly rate is $125 for break-fix and emergency issues. We offer Managed services as well and are flexible to find a plan that fits your needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process is to determine if the problem needs to be done remotely or on site, from there it is best to lock in a time for visit and or drop off and determine if physical parts are needed. from there we will find the best solution to the problem without breaking the bank for the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's in computer science and a masters in information systems management, multiple certifications across the field
