The best of the best - don't look any further. I had an out of control situation with rats in a large storage space/workshop under a two-car garage. Rodent masters came out, surveyed the situation, and did a thorough cleaning, trap setting closed up any rat entry points and gave me a several year guarantee. After their spotless work, the came back on their own to check the traps and replace then if necessary - it was. That was a few years ago. Somehow a few rats managed to find their way back in - burrowing under the ground. One call to these guys, they're out the same day to locate, seal, set new traps and clean the area - and without a hint of a complaint. Actually, they're genuinely apologetic that they had to return although it wasn't remotely their fault. I don't know what more you could ask for.At times like this when customer service is at its lowest, these guys make honoring their work a high priority.A more than happy customer...

I called them months ago, price was not cheap, neither the most expensive! I read all reviews on Yelp and decided to go with Rodent Masters. It was a fight, non stop fallow ups, and repairs!. We had to get involved a plumber, for our luck, a drain pipe was cracked. Pipe came from sewer and somehow ended up between the walls. Which it was one of the main access!. All repaired now! We have our house back and free of intruders!. I hope i dont have to call them back, but I have a guaranteed in case in need them in the future!. Thank you guys.!

The first tech who came didn't even want to step foot in the attic due to some unwelcome critters. I got quoted by three companies, and let's just say I was shell-shocking the prices: $8500, $4500, and $6000! Yikes! But, after some research, I chose the middle-priced company for their 15 years of experience and reasonable rates.The crew was friendly, efficient, and left my attic squeaky clean and smelling like a field of fresh mint!
