Where do I begin?! Eyal and his team are amazing. When an owner puts passion into their company you are blessed with success. I had a few quotes to choose from but after some other names scoffed at my older iron gates, telling me I needed new ones entirely, I was a little put off going for an automatic motor on my existing iron gate until I could save more for a new one. Eyal gave me a free home visit with confident opinion on how to upgrade my existing gates and offered service the very next day. I would have been a fool to not accept his offer and within 8 hours I have an automatic rolling iron gate that moves as smooth as butter with remotes and keypad along with a simple key lock box walk-in gate upgrade. Ill be touching up my own paint which was an offer to help make it affordable for me. Bottom line, this company cares about customers with realistic goals. We wanted to add some security and privacy to our home, which was pretty exposed to the street, so I put out a message on Yelp to steel and gate companies. Eyal at Star Steel was probably the quickest to respond and we were soon discussing the scope of the job, and he was actually able to come by a few hours later to give an estimate. Our first plan came in higher in cost than I was looking to do, and Eyal gladly came by the next day to help figure a way to scale the project to work for me. And with that, he was on the job working to build what I needed and within one week, I had the finished gates installed (3 in total, from a simple swing door to a large driveway gate that was engineered to follow the slope of the property when it opens).I will admit I didn't get multiple bids and price shop - I was so impressed with Eyal's enthusiasm and willingness to get this job done, I was happy to just get started and get the job done. The quality of the finished work is top notch and I think integrates so seamlessly with my house design, it not only offers additional security, I believe it adds to the curb appeal. I found Eyal to be prompt, very communicative, and just a nice guy to work with! He brings good ideas and recommendations but definitely listens to his clients' needs as well.
