Wow, love my new bathroom. I first met with Sebastian. We went over the project and plans were made. But after demolition, Sebastian made the recommendation to knock down a wall and replace it with glass. Turned out to be a game changer. As for the work, with the exception of hot mop and glass installation, Audel worked on my bathroom, from beginning to end and what a beautiful job he did. He was knowledgeable and a true professional. The attached pictures are before and after pictures.

I had 1 stair tread to be installed. I had told them everything they needed to know, this was 1 hour type of job, they sent a guy to take a look and give me a free estimate, as if I needed the house rebuilt. Finally the guy came over and looked at the job, and because it was such a small project. The guy said he cannot do the job. I waited 3 days for them to come see the job, and then they refused to do it, they waisted my time, I could have called someone else to get the job done.

As a construction company, we specialize in larger-scale projects rather than small handyman services. While we always strive to assist potential clients, your project fell outside our scope of work. Our estimator visited your property to assess the request, but unfortunately, we determined that the job was better suited for a handyman rather than an entire construction team. We recommend contacting a handyman service specializing in smaller repairs, as they may be better equipped to assist you quickly. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a standard price system as each house may be in a different condition than others. I have advertised in the past a few services that may be standard such as roof replacement for $8500, but of course, that applies to roofs up to 1800 sq.ft and with one layer, etc. We always like to assess the scope of the work before we provide a quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide new home construction services, remodels, room additions, kitchen, and bathroom renovations. We have built our reputation on one founding principal. Provide our clients with the highest caliber of construction and customer service. Our commitment to superior quality, workmanship, and innovative solutions is key to the success of each project. We provide the personal care you’re looking for when remodeling your home.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have physically worked with my father in law which has been in the business for many years. About five years, I moved to work with a couple of home improvement companies as a sales representative, and eventually, I opened my new business.
