As one with experience dealing with Contractors and home renovations, I have to say Joe is one of the most sincere and spot-on pricing contractors I have met. Joe provided a quote for us for a Kitchen and bathroom remodel. He carefully measured the work site and took diligent notes (not many will take notes). He said it will take two days to get a good estimate, and in two days he presented detailed estimation. I would have gone with Joe, but after review with 5 other candidates, I had to make a tough choice -- this one was one of the toughest so far. I will keep Joe's number for future work and will recommend him to family and friends. If you're in the market for home renovations, I recommend speaking with Joe.

I was having a problem with the toilets in the house that kept leaking in the float valve for not centred in the water kept running. I contacted Joe and he was available and showed up within two hours and did exceptionally quality work.

Joe and his team did an amazing job re-siding our house and demolishing then replacing our concrete porch! He worked with us on the price in an age of rising materials costs and his workers were SO talented, hard-working and professional. Most importantly, we were working under a serious deadline and Joe not only met it but threw in some last minute landscaping for us!
