Its my absolute pleasure to recommend Eric at Top Leader Construction My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the time working with Eric and came to know him as a truly valuable asset to our kitchen renovation project. He is honest, dependable, and incredibly hard-working. Beyond that, he is an impressive communicator who is always ready to get the job done. His knowledge of contracting and expertise in subcontracting was a huge advantage to our entire kitchen renovation. He put his time and effort 110% into our dream kitchen project, even when presented with a few challenges. Not only did he finish our project on time, but he added an extra surprise for us at the end. Eric always provides service with a smile, and we are forever grateful! On top of everything, he was even in the middle of a personal surgery, but still was able to have our kitchen done just in time . This separates the other competition and truly indicates his passion for his craftsmanship and dedication to his clients! Someone called my number a few days ago. I did not answer because I dont answer calls from numbers I do not know. Immediately after, I got this text Hi, this is Luisa from Top Leader Construction. We got your inquiry online regarding your project. When will be best time for you to schedule a free consultation with our project manager?I ignored this text because I know I did not do any online inquiry regarding any project. Then I got another text the next day addressing me by my name. I replied to let the person know that I DID NOT reach out to this company. I thought that was the end of it.But now, I am shocked and scared when someone I know just texted me to let me know that this company texted her 2 texts with the exact same messages with my name on it. I dont know how this company gets our numbers but business practices like this is creepy. Please stop!!!!Update: the office manager contacted me to explain how the company got our number - through a 3rd party. I appreciate her reaching out, offered a solution and sympathetic to my concern.

We needed a recess in our bedroom to be turned into a built-in closet. I had a couple of companies come out and they seemed inflexible, imposing what they are used to doing, or their taste, then over charging. I then tried yelp and found these guys and got a really good impression right away on the phone. Very courteous. Brendon came out, measured the space, then sat with me and drew up a truly custom job to what we needed, while keeping budget in mind. He brought samples of materials to what I had explained on the phone exactly. When he found out after that my original choice was going to take a long time to ship, he looked hard for a local alternate. The new material was even a better fit than my original choice! We are so happy with how it turned out. They are very neat in terms of craftsmanship, which sometimes is hard to find in LA. The details are great. And the whole process from measure to installation felt fast! We are going to use them for other small jobs around the house where a custom solution is best (our house is tiny). I would recommended Top Leader Construction over and over!

I am super happy to have found Top Leader Construction. I wanted to have a deck built and got quotes from several different contractors. This company was far more professional than some of the other ones out there. Ron came with references and able to show pictures of his other jobs that gave me reassurance that one looks for when hiring a contractor. He was able to help me with the design of the deck which had to allow for configuration due to piping outside the house. He kept me up to date with all aspects of the project, especially supplies were on delay due to Covid, I really appreciate his commitment to giving me the patio I wanted. I love the work and would hire this company again!!!
