Top Leader Construction contacted me after looking desperately for a contractor who would take my water damaged porch to turn it into a space I could feel free and safe to use again. The person who originally made my porch used all the wrong materials ensuring that after only three years, I had to call a new contractor to redo the whole thing. The poles were rotten and the floor was not safe to walk because you could just get your foot stuck between the wooden panels. This all changed the moment I trusted this project to Ron and his guys. They took no time to complete the project and they guided me through the whole process and explained every material they used to ensure I could enjoy my porch for many years to come. I would trust these guys any of my upcoming projects around my house and I would recommend them blindfolded to any other person who is looking for responsible, reliable and honest contractors.

We just had our first experience with remodeling our kitchen and Top leader Construction did not disappoint! Ron, knowledge, guidance and patience throughout the project made the experience very pleasant. We had many questions since this was our first remodel and they were friendly, trustworthy and responsive. Everyone including the contractors and installers had an impressive attention to detail and their workmanship was top notch! We are so thrilled with the end result and highly recommend them!!

We recently had our master bath remodeled by Ilan and Top Leader Construction, and have only positive things to say about our experience.
Ilan was very professional and knowledgeable, and was personally involved in the entire project, from initial consultation to final punch list. He communicated with us on a daily basis, and was always available to answer any questions or concerns.
Ilan's team of contractors and their crews (demolition, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, tile & stone, painting, flooring) are quality craftsmen. They were very courteous and diligent, showing up when scheduled and treating our home with respect. The work was completed on time and with minimal disruption.
We were very pleased with the entire process, and are thrilled with our new master bath. We can’t recommend Top Leader highly enough, and we will definitely use them for our future remodeling needs.
