- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and transparent. I provide detailed estimates so customers know exactly what they are paying for. I charge a minimum service fee to cover the first hour, and additional time is billed at an hourly rate. For larger projects, I can offer a flat price. In some cases, I also provide discounts for repeat customers or multiple projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with clear communication. First, I discuss the project details, then schedule a site visit if needed. After that, I provide a detailed estimate and timeline. Once everything is agreed on, I complete the work professionally and always make sure the customer is satisfied before finishing.

I have over 20 years of hands-on experience in construction, including drywall, painting, fencing, flooring, and remodeling. My background also includes working internationally, which gave me a strong foundation in different building techniques and high-quality standards.
