Kevin is super polite and knowledgeable. I had a closet system and he knew exactly what to do. They were quick at demo of the old shelf and bar and even faster at the instal. The walls were not perfectly straight and they were able to make the fine tuning adjustments to fit it in the space. Super happy at how it turned out. I have other work I will hire Kevin to do.

We have worked with many contractors and subs over the years and Kevin + his team were the best out of all of them. Showed up on time (7am sharp the weekend), problem solved when issues installing our closet doors arose, slow in their work speed bc they were paying extreme attention to detail that would, in our previous experience, have gone overlooked by other workers. They came to us with questions regarding how we wanted things to look before moving forward and without assuming they knew. And they didnt express exasperation or compromise the quality of the work when the project took longer than they had expected. We are really grateful and would hire again in a heartbeat.

I originally met Kevin for a previous job that I was going to do at my office in Sherman Oaks but I wound up not moving forward with it. Kevin left a good impression on me, so when I had some work come up at my home, he was one of the first people I reached out to. Kevin’s communication is terrific. He followed up many times and asked a lot of questions. He made sure that I had everyone on hand before his installers came to rip up some carpet and replace the floor with laminate. Kevin sent a team to the house. He was not present but checked in via text. The guys showed up on time and worked hard to ensure that the job was done within two days. I would give his team some bonus points for working on Easter too. My only criticism with the job was that Kevin charged me an additional $150 for a hallway which wasn’t a hallway at all. When I explained the job to him, I explained it was the stairs, on the top of the stairs and the loft. There isn’t a real hallway but I got charged additional fees anyway. I guess why this bothers me is that he gave me two price points originally and I opted for the more expensive one given that he didn’t come out and measure first. I figured it was only fair to go with the higher price so if the job took a bit longer, it would be covered. This is why the more money added on top of the already higher option annoyed me but again, considered the guys worked on Easter, I’m hoping that extra money is going in their pocket for a job well done. Would use again and would recommend.
