- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That I do house cleaning but I don’t include laundry in my price that would be extra charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I check what they are looking for, their location and if I think I fit their needs I apply beside that I make arrangements for quemicals the price time and place and ready to start.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Not educated for cleaning but a have a very strict mom who thought me how to clean no matter what.
