Well, I didn’t actually get my apartment cleaned by them I still wanted to leave a kind review. Unfortunately, I was set to have a cleaning and had a bit of a personal emergency come up that led to me not being home at the scheduled time. I genuinely appreciated the kindness and understanding of what I was going through and that they were able to accommodate my cancellation and wished me well dealing with the personal situation that was. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get back on their schedule, but I really did appreciate the genuine kindness and responsiveness in light of the circumstances.

Anna was prompt in getting back to me and was able to fit me into my busy schedule. The job was huge, as the home was previously inhabited by hoarders and smokers. The house was empty except for a couple of appliances and a large sectional. They got them sparkling and vacuumed for use again. Would definitely hire this hard-working team again. 👍
