An extremely professional company, my experience is one of the best I’ve ever had with any transportation company. I recommend this place to everyone who has any transportation needs. Driver Prince was extremely punctual and brought me ahead of time to a concert my party and I intended on attending this past Friday. Driver was waiting when the concert ended and took us to a friends house to have a bit more fun. Upon conclusion of our fun, the driver was ready to take us to our final destination and even had complimentary waters ready for us. The vehicles were extremely well kept and in reliable working order. This company made sure this birthday of mine was the best ever. I would definitely book this company for any event that I would need transportation.

They were supposed to pick us up at 11:30 and ended up coming at 4pm so we missed out on a tasting room we put a deposit down for. The bus broke down which we understood was not the drivers fault but the manager ignored our messages and calls and when I told him we missed out on a reservation he pretty much said he didn’t care and gave us no sort of compensation. He refused to give us any money off or extra time, when it was something that was the companies fault. They should have checked the car the night before or sent out another car. Terrible manager with a terrible attitude, pretty much ruined our plans. He could have given a discount or even a free hour but he did not want to work with us at all. He also threatened that they would go pick up other customers, like wtf what manager of a company says that ?We didnt give a full tip. Do not book this company if you have set in stone plans somewhere because they are not reliable at all. Also he messaged me before saying they had AC in the van but it was broken lol

I apologize that you feel that way. However, you didn’t pay for the reseravtion ahead of time like everyone else. We actually canceled all subsequent reservations in order for you have the original amount of hours you requested. We even asked if you wanted to proceed with reservation or not, to which you insisted we should. We had proof that the serpentine belt cut last Minute. Not to mention we transported you to another winery and made sure you and your party enjoyed yourself.
