FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The most I charge for a day is $50. It's simply a day's charge. Whether there's one dog or three Etc. I will be there as close to 24/7 as I am able to. Some days I will be there 24/7. The only thing that would stand in the way would be personal doctors appointments. No holiday fees no overtime charges. If you would need me to take care of your loved ones for a short period of time, it's $10 for half an hour, $15 an hour and tops out at 50.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I do is meet the customer and the pets. There must be a comfort and an organic charisma if you will. If there are uncomfortable feelings you should listen to those. Your intuition will tell you if you are a good fit and fitting into each others lives well. I will always be honest with you . If something isn't working I will let you know . You may want to make a good impression and do a good job for a customer , but if there are difficulties communicating or if it is too difficult to have an effortless conversation, you are better serving the customer by allowing another professional to work with this customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had 30 years professional experience working with various ages , from newborns to and including 24 year old cats and other pets. I have worked for a major pet food company for 5 years. I have helped with rescues and unwell pets. All of my education has been from my experience and information from professionals and years of personal research.
