Roof reviewWould definitely do business with LA roofing again. I received quotes from 5 companies and this company gave the best bang for your buck. I worked with George who inspected the roof and was very transparent. He told me what was needed to fix the leaks and aging shingles and what it would entail to remove and reinstall my solar panels. George wrote out a detailed statement of work including the repairs as well as the cost for extra work that may come up once they remove the shingles. The team of roofers that came were very efficient the project started on time and completed on time. There was some extra wood decking that had to be replaced but the added cost ($300) was within what George had told me to expect.Throughout the process I received plenty of updates and pictures. I appreciated the pictures showing that the right steps were taken and the right materials were used (no shortcuts). During the process I had some concerns about how things were done and George explained them, relieving my concerns.The roof is warrantied for 10 years with LA roofing, and 50 with the manufacturer. The company has been in business for awhile so I feel confident that they will still be around if anything comes up. I definitely will be recommending them.

Thank you LA Roofing for my beautiful new tile roof! After years of having a leaky roof and keep repairing it time after time, finally I got my new roof by this great roofing company LA Roofing! The crew did a great job! I also put a new plywood all over my roof. The crew was always on time, always keeping clean from debris and nails. I could not be more happy with my roof. We hired LA Roofing for our high pitch roof. We chose Simon & LA roofing as we felt most comfortable with them, they were very informative and professional. We have a very difficult roof as it is a very high pitch roof mostly, Simon was the only roofer that actually went on the Roof to get the exact measurements when all the other companies just gave us a rough estimate without even going on the roof. The crew started on time, kept the work environment clean at all times & were very polite and respectful. We had many issues that were incorrect in our previous roof installation as it's an old roof (33 years old) but they corrected everything and now the roof is amazing! We are extremely happy and would recommend Simon and LA Roofing to everyone!
