Its been about two weeks since we replaced our roof with Timeless Construction. It was a joy working with Noel and Zack. Noel was very response throughout. The quote was detailed and clearly laid out additional charges (mainly gutters and how would rot would be charged). I opted to pay a bit extra for ridge vents and am glad I did. Especially in the garage, it is a noticeable difference in venting the hot air out. During the install, Zack noted we couldnt retro fit our existing skylights. As they were a standard size, he kindly picked up 2 skylights from HD for us and billed us afterwards. Zack wisely advised cutting back the beams over the garage to prevent future water damage, rather than just replacing them and having them rot later. He also added extra support where needed on our gutters. The crew was professional and cleaned up afterwards. The supervisor used a blower to clean up the debris. There were a few nails here and there, but nothing a magnet on a string cant solve.

My roof was leaking, and it was important for me to find any roofing company with a good reputation and customer-friendly. I contacted several companies, Timesless Construction Group was by far the most reliable one because they are knowledgeable - they know whats wrong and how to fix it on the best side. Their customer service is beyond excellent in a way that they are very busy but yet still managed to keep me posted & finally scheduled the repair date before the rain started! Hyak, Sam, and their team did everything they could to go above-and-beyond to repair my roof at a fair price, and to finish it on-time while taking care of my requirements. They are my trusted advisor, and I felt lucky to have them on my side repairing the roof! I will absolutely recommend them with my eyes closed to anyone with roof needsthey are a 5 starts company and I will hire them again without any doubt if I need their services again. Thanks for the roof job. Well DONE!

Had them come out for roof replacement estimate. I had did all my materials cost for whats needed before they came out for the estimate. So do some research first on what materials you want on your home investment. (I did) Material, warranty roof removal and dump. You will surprise on the cost. I got quoted slightly over 30 thousand from this company. Was shocked. Everything was under 10 thousand for the Material research, I did. You be the judge. Just want you to beware of the outrageous prices this company gives. Showed the quote to another roofing company and they where shocked and quoted me 20 thousand for the same thing. So BEWARE. Get estimates and do your research so you don't get taken for your money. All my material info and calculations came from Home depot. Have a great day.

BUYER BEWARE,!! These are CON MEN they quoted me one price then brought the next con man the next day to jack the price up another 8,000$.. AFTER saying he would give me a discount price..all this of course AFTER my roof was removed putting me in a bad position..they are LIARS ESPECIALLY MANNY..i am an elderly disabled single woman on a fixed income but what did he care because hes GREEDY. They are extremely unprofessional , they LIE.. its a big hole in my kitchen ceiling that they made and refuse to fix, a MESS all over inside my garage and nails in my backyard..for my dogs to step onabsolutely no way HALF OF A ROOF costs 26,000$..HALF!.!..stay away or you will be ruined for years also!!

I purchased windows for my home from Tommy at Timeless Construction. Tommy is so sweet and was very patient with my many questions. He answered all of them to my satisfaction and made sure throughout the process that he was available for any concerns or questions during the installation that I might have. The installation was amazing and the guys installed all 15 windows in one day. They did not leave any mess anywhere and were very polite. The windows are beautiful and have made a big difference in the afternoon sun heating up the south side of my house. The temp here lately has been in the 100's and the family room would heat up to 10 to 15 degrees warmer than the rest of the room. NOT NOW!! The whole room is the same temp. That, for me, is the best as I keep my air conditioning at a nice cool 74 to 75 all day.God bless you Tommy and Timeless Construction.Bonnie Ball
