Introduction: Wherever you're at on your journey, I'd love to work with you! Yoga is for everyone and every BODY. My goal is to provide a safe, fun and grounded space for you to practice in. Questions are welcome and laughter is necessary, especially during challenging moments. My main style of teaching is vinyasa and gentle vinyasa. I work by first learning more about you and what you are looking to learn or experience throughout your practice (flexibility, strength, calming the mind, pranayama, philosophy etc.) and we go from there! I offer private 1 on 1, small group sessions and special events. We can discuss to figure out what type of program best suits your needs. Looking forward to meeting you!

Heather's Classes are the best! She is very professional, knowledgeable, and considerate about what she's teaching. Before any class of hers starts she asks if there is anything specific anyone would like to work on, and she caters to the classes needs/wants within the realm of their abilities. She is always providing alternatives and modifications to the poses she presents to the class. Her gentle and attentive approach to teaching yoga is what keeps me returning because I am guaranteed a safe, fun , and interesting class whenever I stop by.

One of the best yoga instructors I've ever had, by far. I love the flow of her classes and the variety she offers. I've also had a few small non-yoga related injuries and she always listens to my concerns and provides adjustments to make poses work better for me. I keep coming back again and again!

I’ve been going to Heather’s yoga classes for years now and she is an amazing teacher! She’s great at reading the room whether the class needs a slower stretchy class or something more upbeat and heating up the muscles up in a quick flow. Overall she has a calming presence, clear voice and always a great yoga plan. I’ve even taken a class from her on a mountain top and it was one of the best classes I’ve ever attended because she led a great flow and was able to clearly communicate over the howling of the wind! 10/10 recommend her as a yoga teacher for all genres of yoga classes!

What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with clients of all age ranges 20-40 and 50-70. The majority of the time I work with beginner and intermediate students.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would tell you to have a chat with them! Ask questions and tell the teacher exactly what it is you are looking for. There are so many different styles of yoga, so you want to make sure the person you're working with can offer the support you need.
