Introductions of course then get a feel for what the customer is looking for on their special day and then I curate a menu and ideas to fit the specific details and make the event more personalized

Associates in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University in addition to 9 years experience in restaurants, catering, butchery, and personal chef service
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Food and its creation are all I know. I do my best to take time to expose myself to new cultures, flavors and concepts so that I never get burnt out (no pun intended)
