We start with a conversation about what you want and what you can spend, and I build a menu that fits your budget instead of asking you to stretch to fit mine. Every guest gets taken care of, so vegan, gluten free, allergy, or anything else at your table gets cooked with the same care as the rest of the meal, and nobody is stuck with a sad side plate.
