Chef Mikey and his crew Destiny and Brittany they were excellent. They prepared 175-200 meals 5 times over, during the 4th July weekend in our club kitchen. It was over 100 degrees and they just kept on cooking with smiles on their faces. Their preparations were delicious and had you wanting to eat more. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Start with a call. You tell me what you where thinking? What you like? What you don’t like? I’ll tell you some of my ideas and we would create the menu together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I’m a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu class of 2015! But I’ve been cooking for over 20 years!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I grew up cooking. We always had family dinner together every Sunday. When I moved away from home I missed it so I started cooking Sunday dinner for myself. Then friends. And I not only discover my love of cooking but also how much I loved cooking for people. So back in 2014 I decided to go to culinary school.
