- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start with a call. You tell me what you where thinking? What you like? What you don’t like? I’ll tell you some of my ideas and we would create the menu together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu class of 2015! But I’ve been cooking for over 20 years!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up cooking. We always had family dinner together every Sunday. When I moved away from home I missed it so I started cooking Sunday dinner for myself. Then friends. And I not only discover my love of cooking but also how much I loved cooking for people. So back in 2014 I decided to go to culinary school.
