Introduction: I am a culinary professional. I studied at Le Cordon Bleu and did my externship in the south of France. I am Jamaican, so I can cook a lot of traditional dishes from my country. But, I can pretty much do anything. I've catered parties for up to 300 people. The menu varies based on what you and your guests like. I love to eat so I’m extremely passionate about everything I cook.

We have used Chef Mikey for both meal prep and catering. He is truly a gem. The meals he has prepped are flavorful, good variety and perfectly portioned. The last party Chef Mikey catered for us, he made jerk chicken wings that people couldn’t stop talking about. I’m craving them right now! I would highly recommend him for meal prep, private dinner parties or catering!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start with a call. You tell me what you where thinking? What you like? What you don’t like? I’ll tell you some of my ideas and we would create the menu together.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu class of 2015! But I’ve been cooking for over 20 years!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up cooking. We always had family dinner together every Sunday. When I moved away from home I missed it so I started cooking Sunday dinner for myself. Then friends. And I not only discover my love of cooking but also how much I loved cooking for people. So back in 2014 I decided to go to culinary school.
