Really like the hourly pricing. Ive had cleaners spend an hour in my home and I pay all of this money. I liked this company because for that hourly rate I had ALOT more done. Baseboards, fridge cleaning, dishes with no uncharge just a flat hourly rate. We added on a lot that we noticed we wanted deep clean. We did have to extend an hour but it was well worth it. So we had no problem giving them the time they needed.

Ez Bee was on time and helpful but missed a lot of key things I would think would be included in a deep cleaning. Our ceiling fans still had all the dust of the old residents, and I had to ask for the oven to be cleaned. I should have confirmed what "deep cleaning" meant especially when expressing we were new buyers moving in.tge fridge needed a bit if care too. So this is part my fault which is why I am rating a 4 instead of 3. Make sure you have a plan spelled out, we are still walking around barefoot getting black feet on our hardwood floors. I do not feel that we got a substantial deep cleaning for the money we paid here. We are having to hire new professionals to come in and do the work.
