Gisella quickly responded when I reached out about booking a bi-weekly house cleaner. She arrived with another cleaner, Danielle, and both did an excellent job with cleaning our high-ceiling, multi-story condo that has a mix of carpet, tiles, and wood flooring. We also have 4 cats that shed a lot, but they were able to clean up most of the visible fur tumbleweeds throughout the house. Since this was our first clean in a while, Gisella explained that next time they can clean even more of the cat hair that accumulates on the pet items like the cat trees. I believe Gisella is the main owner of the business, but depending on your location and her schedule, she may have another cleaner provide regular service. She came this first time to introduce herself and explain her business's services, but mentioned Danielle will be the main one to continue with the bi-weekly cleaning. So far, so good! Already booked our next cleaning.

Kethe did a wonderful deep cleaning of my apartment today, and going forward I will be booking regular cleanings (once every 3 weeks) with her. Her work and attention to detail are exceptional, and it was a pleasure communicating with Gisella around scheduling.
