The Flexible Steel team were life changing for my move! Melinda was extremely responsive, thorough, and reliable. She and the gentleman who helped were quick, careful, and went above and beyond to help with other odds and ends like disposing of our wooden pallets and cardboard boxes. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unless the job is inordinately small, we require a three-hour minimum when going out on jobs. This is standard when you are dealing with professional movers. We take great pride in our work and it takes time to do a great job for you by making sure your items are protected and packed properly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Asking detailed questions to determine the nature of the job, the size of the truck required, the pick-up and drop-off locations, whether there are stairs or not, etc. There are so many little details that need to be attended to.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of working in the moving industry, plus a history of competitive bodybuilding and a love for 🏋️♀️ lifting weights!! Our whole crew LOVES to work out! Moving is a great way to stay in shape!!!
