About
Plumbing along the American Riviera comes with its own set of challenges: salt air, older Spanish-style construction, and hillside properties that don't always play nice with standard sewer line access. Rooter Solutions Plumbers has spent over 30 years working on homes from historic Santa Barbara neighborhoods near the Mission to newer builds out in Camarillo and Thousand Oaks, and we know the coast treats plumbing differently than inland areas do.
Properties closer to the water in Montecito and along the Ventura coastline tend to see faster corrosion on exposed fixtures and water lines from salt air exposure, while inland communities like Simi Valley and Moorpark deal more with hard water buildup and aging municipal infrastructure. Wherever you're located across Santa Barbara or Ventura County, our team adjusts our approach to match.

Sean S was very thorough with his explanation of estimate. Arturo ran a camera 75 feet down my drain lines while Sean explained everything we saw. Thankfully the lines were clear. Arturo replaced my toilet and angle valve. Total time was approximately 1 hour 15 minutes. Arturo did a very professional job. Very happy with my experience. Definitely will recommend Rooter Solutions!
