Mary and her team provided a customized 5-course meal for my friend's bachelorette I was hosting. Mary was very helpful in the menu design, suggesting various dishes and complimentary side dishes based on my descriptions of the bride's likes and dislikes. On the day of the event, Mary and her team were prompt and on time arriving at the house, and brought all of their own supplies with them which included all of the ingredients, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses and silverware. Mary and her staff were incredibly friendly, and got straight to work, creating some of the most delicious foods I've had. One of which was homemade artisanal herbed bread, that we all devoured. There wasn't a single complaint from our group of 12 women, and the Bride was over-the-moon happy to indulge in all of her favorite dishes, including a divine chocolate & raspberry cake for dessert. Overall, I would highly recommend Mary for anyone looking to hire an talented, professional chef.

Mary Mills makes delicious dishes. Her cooking is imaginative and very tasty. From finger foods to desserts, her recipes are so full of flavor, so delectable.
Mary is a meticulous planner, she listens to the wants of her clients, is very reliable, has very good pricing, and her presentation is impeccable.
She is a joy. As a chef and caterer, Mary Mills is professional and works hard to exceed her clients expectations. Mary made our Champagne Garden Party in Montecito a very memorable event for us all - delicious food and wonderful service.

Mary is absolutely amazing! The cake and cupcakes she made where beautiful and delicious. We will definitely be booking her for future events💛She is as sweet as her baking skills and truly took time to capture our vision. All of our guest claimed it was one of the best wedding cakes the had ever had. Thank you Mary!!!

Mary M Mills was an amazing baker to work with! She not only created a beautiful 3-tiered cake with amazing flavors (lemon, red velvet, vanilla), but also decorated it beautifully with rosettes and gold glitter ribbon. She was extremely easy to work with. She also baked assorted french macarons, which were a huge hit for our wedding as well. Thank you Mary, we'll definitely keep you in mind for any future events we have!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price each event separately because each one is different but I will work to be within
the customers budget as much as possible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to know what they want first and then we can customize it to get the perfect fit.
I like to make my customers happy, and it is their special day so I want everything to
go smoothly. I also want to make sure the food with wonderful and memorable.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take classes to learn new techniques and am always trying new recipes, and experiment to give them a special twist.
