Leo was my service tech and he was amazing. He worked very diligently and was extremely professional.
He also gave me several options.
I needed a broken outdoor faucet repaired, and he did a great job in fixing it!
It’s obvious from his work why Leo is one of the best at his company and I would hire him again if I have a project that I needed him for.

The team at Elite Rooter was excellent to work with! They responded immediately and were at my house within the hour. They did the diagnostics right away and when the problem was discovered they applied the cost of the diagnostics work to the final repair job.
They scheduled the repair for the next day, showed up bright and early and got it done. They notified me of all happenings along the way and put everything back as it was post excavation. They were kind and friendly with my kids and dog and always professional. 10/10 would be happy to work with them again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Elite Rooter charges by the job not the hour so our clients know the price before we start and there are no surprises afterwards. Please ask about coupons that we often have for our drain cleaning services. We always offer 15% discounts for our seniors, military and educators. Coupons/discounts cannot be combined.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule same day appointments as needed or we can schedule at a time and date that works best for you. Once scheduled you will get a call from our technician when they are on their way to your home/business. Upon arrival the technician will diagnose the plumbing problem, communicate with you possible solutions and then if approved by you, the technician will start the work. We do not charge any trip fees and other hidden costs. All estimates are complimentary.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Elite Rooter is a state licensed, full service, plumbing company. This means that we have to maintain industry standards to stay licensed. All of our technicians are experienced plumbers, with years of in the field knowledge and are certified. We believe in constant education and training. We have training sessions at our office 3 times a week where we discuss and train on all aspects of plumbing so we can provide a truly Elite experience to our clients.
