- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with a free, no-obligation inspection performed by a licensed technician. We thoroughly assess the property, identify the pest issue, and determine the extent of the infestation. From there, we provide a detailed explanation of treatment options along with a written estimate. Once approved, we schedule service at your convenience. Throughout the process, we maintain clear communication, answer any questions, and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction. At Jetty Pest, we make it easy, efficient, and professional from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All Jetty Termite & Pest Control technicians are state-licensed and receive ongoing training in pest biology, integrated pest management (IPM), and the latest treatment technologies. Our team is certified through the California Structural Pest Control Board and adheres to strict state and industry standards. In addition to hands-on field training, our staff completes continuing education in safety protocols, eco-conscious solutions, and structural pest identification to ensure accurate, effective, and compliant service every time. I also hold an Bachelor of Science degree from Sacramento State University and an Associate of Science degree from Oxnard College.
