I am the owner of a rental property and had a unit left in ill-repair by a horrible tenant. My unit was completely trashed!
Bruno was referred to me by a friend and so we met at the unit where we discussed some of the issues. Bruno very quickly assessed what needed to be done and what had to be replaced. He provided a reasonable quote for the various tasks and so I scheduled the work to be done.
In a short amount of time, he completely redid all the floors (pulled the carpets, treated the floors, and installed the new hardwood flooring); he updated the kitchen with new countertops and new sink, installed a garbage disposal, new gas stove+overhead fan, and also a new water heater. He even replaced a damaged door!
I could not have refurbished the unit without Bruno! What a lifesaver!!
Bruno is very resourceful and solution-oriented. He arrives on time, comes prepared (tools and materials in hand), and is always ready to work.
I highly recommend. Do not hesitate to contact Bruno. He is worth every penny!
