- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I stage home to Sell for FREE(when you list your property with me Tammie Lee Coulter at ERA Cusick Realty), it's part of my standard commission that is charged for Real Estate. I am paid 100% based off the agreed selling commission, you don't pay me until I've done my job and have sold your property.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work with Sellers & Buyers: If you are looking for a Real Estate professional to Sell your residential property here are a first steps I will take. #1-Set up an appointment at the subject property the seller is interested in selling with the owners. This takes between 20-35 minutes. #2-I will go over my guideline with the Sellers to help understand their individual situation and their wants and needs. I make sure that we are a good match to work together or not. I want to ensure the Sellers I will deliver realistic and achievable goals, not just empty promises. I am very upfront and honest and some people love that about me and other might not but this is my style and I believe the upfront truth is the best way. #3- If the Sellers and I agree we are a good team to work with one another we discuses my selling process. That of course includes selling price, marking plan, staging (if Seller wants), professional video and photography and time frames. Again each transaction is based on an individual bases and happy to meet withanyone that is interested or thinking about Selling. If you are a Buyer thinking about purchasing your first home or an investment property my process is different. #1-First I set up of introduction meeting that will take 15-25 mintues depending on how many questions you may have. We discuss your wants and needs of the type property you are looking to purchase. #2-You will get pre approved with a lender at no obligation or additional fees to the future buyer. This helps both buyer and myself understand where you finacual are to purchase and the amount to would qualify for. #3-The fun begins and we start our search to purchase a property in your criteria and budget.
