- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Services are offered Per Hour, so you can control your budget and how much time you need me for. Also, We can do a 2 hour "Trial Run" to give an example of work with no obligation to see if we are a good fit for each other. Most sessions are 3 hours. Usually 2.5 hours organizing and 1/2 hour to clean up / plan / set next appointment if needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First is a FREE phone consultation. After, we schedule a in house diagnosis / consultation that includes a written estimate. From there we can... A. start right then or B. schedule a time to start later on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have personal moving experience and 14+ years organizing all types of clients. Have acquired customer service skills from my 14+ years organizing and 11 years of my landscaping business in another life.
